You can take control of your life by developing a positive mental attitude. This can be done through self-discipline, understanding yourself, and focusing on the present moment. Here are some tips for taking control of your life and developing an uplifting mental attitude. 

Acceptance & Self-Discipline
The first step to developing a positive mental attitude is accepting who you are and where you are in life. You must be willing to understand that the past cannot be changed, so there’s no point in dwelling on it.
